What local stores can I buy Club Penguin Power Cards? Are the Power Cards the Trading Cards?

The Club Penguin I want to buy some cards to become a ninja, but first I have to learn where to buy. I can not seem to find anywhere. All I can find are the Club Penguin Trading Cards. So are the cards that power? If not where can I get power cards?

Toys ‘R’ Us
I was about to get them but you would only use them a couple times until you’re a ninja and then not do anything so I suggest you play the normal way.

Toys “R” us. I bought them too. You just buy the cards and then you get diffrenet cards every time u play Card Jitsu even power cards.

Uh……just Target. I’ve seen them there before. I just use CP to talk to other people, but I’ve never bother to pay acuall money so I could buy some weird clothes for my penguin, so i can have a virtual home, and so I can have this weird colored furry animal thing called a puffle. I really don’t recomend getting a card, but you can find one at Target.
