how to pay a club penguin membership card when purchased in stores?

so I bought a club membership card in stores penguin. . . but one thing I need to know how to pay for it?

Its just like buying anything from any store…
You pay the clerk with cash or credit card

pay them the money cash or credit
take it home
follow directions on back of card to activate it
