I’m telling you, you must be missing one. Because like I said, I re-created this on another penguin and I got the stamp.
I don’t know why you aren’t getting the stamp. Are you sure you haven’t already gotten it but forgot about it, and that’s why it doesn’t appear?
I really can’t explain why you aren’t getting it, but I know for a fact that I did not miss one.

@SeaGreenCP Well you obviously have missed a fuel can, if you got them all then why didnt I get the stamp?

Trust me, I have not. After I read this I asked me neighbor if I could borrow their member account and used two computers so I was playing their penguin and looked at another computer, looking at this video, and I got the stamp.

@SeaGreenCP Okay I finished Level 4 and I got every fuel can you got, but I didnt get the stamp. So yes you have definetly missed one.

I cant remember where you went, Ive even written the directions down but its still too hard.

Yes I did. It just didn’t show it in the video because I had already gotten it before, and it doesn’t appear if you already have it.
I only need the celeb penguins (nobody has them yet) and 2 from catchin waves.
